Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients :
400g coconut shredded
200g self raising Flour
140g castor sugar
4 Eggs
4 tsp Vanilla essence
200g melted butter
Chopped glaze Cherry to decorate
Method:
1.Mix in a bowl the sifted Flour, coconut and sugar.
2. Beat the eggs together with the vanilla in a separate bowl.
3.Melt the butter and incorporate well with the dry ingredients.
4. Add the eggs mixture and mix well.
5. Form in shape of Balls and place on tray lined with parchment paper. Add the cherry on top.
6.Bake at 170degrees for around 15min or until golden brown
