Maple & Pecan Yogurt Bars



Ingredients :



  • 110g Pecans

  • 80g Cornflakes

  • 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

  • 4 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 82g Tablespoon Coconut Oil

  • 1 Small Tub of Yogurt





Method :


  1. In a food processor or blender , crush the pecans into small pieces.

  2. Add the Cornflakes and crush into small pieces as well.

  3. Place the crushed Pecans and Cornflakes in a bowl, set aside.

  4. In a small pan melt the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil on low heat.

  5. Mix everything together and press down in prepared loaf tin.

  6. Freeze for 1 hour.

  7. Pour yogurt on top and freeze again for 30 minutes or until yogurt sets.

  8. Top up with some crushed Pecans and extra crushed Cornflakes

  9. Cut into Squares and Enjoy
