Maple & Pecan Yogurt Bars

Ingredients :
110g Pecans
80g Cornflakes
2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
4 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
82g Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Small Tub of Yogurt
Method :
In a food processor or blender , crush the pecans into small pieces.
Add the Cornflakes and crush into small pieces as well.
Place the crushed Pecans and Cornflakes in a bowl, set aside.
In a small pan melt the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil on low heat.
Mix everything together and press down in prepared loaf tin.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Pour yogurt on top and freeze again for 30 minutes or until yogurt sets.
Top up with some crushed Pecans and extra crushed Cornflakes
Cut into Squares and Enjoy
