Matcha Chocolate Bars - Gluten Free / Vegan

Ingredients :
140g Shredded Coconut
50g Coconut Oil
80g Maple syrup or Honey
1tsp Matcha Powder
Pinch of Salt
180g Dark Chocolate
Method :
1. In a food processor combine everything except the chocolate and process until everything is combined and has a sticky look.
2.Press into pan and freeze for 2 hours.
3. Cut into bars ,make sure that bars are have hardened before cutting otherwise they will crumble
4. Melt the chocolate (bain marie or microwave, whatever is easiest for you) and coat each bar in chocolate.
5. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
