Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down !

Home-Made Toffee


Ingredients :


  • 201g Sugar

  • 100g Butter , Room Temperature

  • 120g Heavy Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt


Method :


  1. In a heavy bottomed pan, heat the sugar on low heat until it's completely melted. Swirling the pan gently over 20 seconds , the sugar will start to form clumps before melting slowly. Be patient keep an eye on it and make sure it does not burn.

  2. Once melted remove from heat immediately and add the butter. The mixture will start bubbling, which is completely fine as butter and sugar are mixing together .

  3. Next pour in the heavy cream and salt and stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Pour into small bowl or Jar and let cool .




Tips !!


You can put Jar in fridge for toffee to set quicker

Make sure to sterilize Jar before
