Save room for Fudge

Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge - Vegan / Gluten Free


Ingredients :


  • 150g Cashew Nuts

  • 150g Hazelnuts + 1 tbsp for decoration

  • 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  • 4-6 Teaspoon Maple Syrup / Date Syrup / Agave

  • 100ml Coconut Butter or Oil , melted


Method :


  1. Start by grinding cashews into fine powder , put in a small bowl .

  2. Grind hazelnuts do not coarse , for fudge chunks of hazelnuts are preferred.

  3. In a medium bowl mix together well the ground nuts, cocoa powder , vanilla, melted butter or oil and sweetener of choice .

  4. Por mixture into a square dish of your choice , spread out and smooth with a spatula.

  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts and push into fudge.

  6. Place fudge inti fridge for around 30-40 minutes to set.

  7. Once set , run a knife around the outside and pull fudge out onto a flat surface.

  8. Cut into Squares and Enjoy !!!
