Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge - Vegan / Gluten Free

Ingredients :
150g Cashew Nuts
150g Hazelnuts + 1 tbsp for decoration
4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4-6 Teaspoon Maple Syrup / Date Syrup / Agave
100ml Coconut Butter or Oil , melted
Method :
Start by grinding cashews into fine powder , put in a small bowl .
Grind hazelnuts do not coarse , for fudge chunks of hazelnuts are preferred.
In a medium bowl mix together well the ground nuts, cocoa powder , vanilla, melted butter or oil and sweetener of choice .
Por mixture into a square dish of your choice , spread out and smooth with a spatula.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts and push into fudge.
Place fudge inti fridge for around 30-40 minutes to set.
Once set , run a knife around the outside and pull fudge out onto a flat surface.
Cut into Squares and Enjoy !!!
