Baked Donuts



Ingredients :


  • 120g All Purpose Flour

  • 70g Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 28g Unsalted Melted Butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 100 ml Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Method :


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 175 C.

  2. Spray a donut pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, butter and vanilla.

  4. In a separate bowl sift the Flour, Salt, Baking Powder and Sugar together.

  5. Add the wet mixture to dry and stir together until no flour bits remain and all ingredients are well combined. Important to not over mix.

  6. Spoon batter into donuts cavities

  7. Place pan in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes

  8. Remove from oven and transfer donuts onto a wire rack.


You can decorate donuts by dipping into prepared glaze, nutella, caramel, sugar and jam, peanut butter etc
